This is Bill Jnr's layout that he calls the "Under Construction and to be Completed". His club colleagues agree that it's a very apt name. It's a continuous loop, running through walls and into adjacent rooms in his basement, with an emphasis on a land/sea interchange which is used by both Canadian National and Canadian Pacific Railways. He has built 10 barges which emulate freight car and locomotives being transferred to servicing facilities, which is necessary because there is no room on the mainland (a.k.a. the remainder of Bill's basement) to store them.
